Freddy, the fox and Frito, the mouse are a perfect pair. They play together every day, sometimes at Freddy’s house and sometimes at Frito’s house, but there are always so many rules to follow. One day when neither of their houses are available, the duo decide to find a new place to play. They decide to build a treehouse in a park with “No Rules”. With no rules, the friends have lots of fun together. However, when too many guests come by for a party, Freddy and Frito wish they could find a way to make them all leave.
The illustrations are adorable and the expressive animal faces will have great kid appeal. This is a good introduction to cooperation and friendship. Readers will look forward to many more Freddy & Frito adventures.
